While the ATT and Tmobile versions of the phone both have exposed wireless charging contacts to support Qi wireless charging, the just shipped Verizon version has decided to tarnish the phone yet again. If it’s ridiculous branding, delayed release date, and suppressed marketing weren’t enough, Verizon has decided to disable one of the Note 2’s hero features, Wireless charging. Verizon’s choices are increasingly arbitrary and they seem to not consider their customer’s wishes at this point. This reporter wonders how long the public will take it. They do have the Network, but is that enough when they do things like this?
